<p><b>As a Lead Energy transition NPD Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:</b><br />
<br />
as an Energy transition products Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Lead design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects, adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product requirements</li>
<li>Developing &quot;system engineering&quot; culture, supporting the product configuration definition and relevant changes after industrialization phase</li>
<li>Providing technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project(s), acting in a global team</li>
<li>Providing timely communications on significant issues or project(s) developments to the higher management</li>
<li>Participating as a presenter both in technical and business reviews, assuring proper documentation of technical data is generated for the assigned projects</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have an open mindset ready to learn and apply new concepts.</li>
<li>Be an experienced professional graduate in Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy Engineering, with a basic knowledge of a rotating equipment design, able to manage technical documentation, International standards and codes. PhD is a plus.</li>
<li>Understand mechanical systems dynamics, mechanical configurations, and preliminary design concepts.</li>
<li>Work in team with experienced people giving an active contribution to the design and decision-making process.</li>
<li>Have an open approach to problem solving, expanding the current theory, methods, and tools knowledge to fill the gaps.</li>
<li>Demonstrate good computer skills and be familiar with computer programming and software structures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understand thermodynamic principles applied to turbomachinery performances.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be adaptable to assimilate new information, different or unexpected circumstances in a fast-changing environment</li>
<li>Have good verbal and written skills, be fluent in English and hold an international passport</li>
<li>Participate to all phases of product creation and be part of multiple teams in the engineering product life, demonstrating initiative and perseverance</li>
</ul>
