<b>About this role</b><br />
SLB has an opening in Pune, India for an Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) Analyst. Identity &amp; Access Management at SLB is managed through a &
39;workflow-based access provisioning&
39; system to gather the required approvals from the designated approvers before granting a user access to an application or data.<br />
The role will utilize technical knowledge and business requirements to design processes and solutions to meet SLB&
39;s need to protect its assets. The end users supported are the global community in SLB using this system. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-user access related requirements and ensuring that the policies and standards introduced for IAM are followed and that access control aligns to those policies.<br />

<b>Responsibilities</b><br />
Manage and support Identity &amp; Access Management processes<br />
Monitor interfaces between Identity &amp; Access Management tools and other business applications.<br />
Understand enhancement requirements for tools and processes, and coordinate with development teams.<br />
Support for onboarding new applications into our Identity &amp; Access Management tools.<br />
Address queries related to Identity &amp; Access Management tools and processes from business users.<br />
Provide end user support for all access provisioning related issues for various business systems eg. ERP systems like SAP, Oracle etc.<br />
Perform day to day access management operations and administration activities.<br />
Liaise with internal teams to manage access provisioning related escalations.<br />
Help defining role provisioning guidelines for end users for business systems.<br />
Perform periodic User Access reviews ensuring adherence to defined role provisioning.<br />
Privilege/ VIP user management.<br />
Analyse and implement Segregation of Duty rules.<br />

<b>Qualifications and Requirements </b><br />
<br />
Essential Qualifications</p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s or Master&
39;s Degree (IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.)</li>
<li>Advance English is required</li>
<li>3 -5 years equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Experience of implementing and supporting Identity and Access management services.</li>
<li>Experience in Role Based Access control, understanding of audit and compliance requirements such as SOX, ISO, NIST or SSAE16, etc.</li>
<li>Experience in application support and change management.</li>
<li>Having experience in supporting Identity and Access Management applications is an advantage (eg SailPoint, MIM, Saviynt, etc). Having experience in SAVIYNT is very desirable.</li>
<li>Experience in JAVA scripting/programming, JSON and shell scripting.</li>
<li>Knowledge in Active Directory, Azure AD or LDAP is an advantage.</li>
