CMMS Technician

<p>Description: Reporting to the Manager, M&amp;R Process and Performance, the primary responsibility of the CMMS Technician will be to provide end user support of the work management processes/systems, provide input to optimize and enhance the work management processes/systems, deliver training and coaching to the processes/systems and support the site with viewing and investigating KPI and reporting data.<br />
This position will enable you to apply maintenance related business and system knowledge to support the operation of our Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) facilities.<br />

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:<br />
* Provide end user support of work management processes in SAP, focusing on work identification, work execution and closeout (Notifications and Work Orders)<br />
* Provide input to optimize and enhance the work management processes and SAP functionality to reduce transactional work and improve efficiencies<br />
* Deliver SAP training and develop related work instructions and procedures<br />
* Enhance and maintain training material<br />
* Provide coaching to the work management processes in SAP and perform auditing to confirm alignment with standards and procedures<br />
* Manage SAP reporting and information requests<br />
* Support and assist in the development of SAP and Power BI reporting and KPI&
39;s. Leverage corporate dashboards to better manage performance and support business needs<br />
* Demonstrates strong business judgment and can network, communicate, organize, and work in a busy environment with multiple stakeholders<br />
* Make decisions and recommendations on technical issues<br />
* Prioritize multiple requests and system requirements to meet the organizational goals.<br />
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Calgary and other sites.<br />
* Keep abreast of new technical applications development and assist in their implementations.<br />
* Support alignment and synergies for CMMS procedures and practices among all Client sites<br />
* Provide backup support for other sites as needed<br />

Qualifications:<br />
* Must be legally entitled to work in Canada<br />
* Post-secondary education preferred<br />
* Superior working knowledge of the SAP Plant Maintenance module, Power BI and MS Office suite<br />
* Working knowledge and experience with work management processes<br />
* Minimum of 7 years related maintenance experience with maintenance standards, procedures and processes within the energy industry<br />
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills<br />
* Experience in data queries and report building<br />
* Experience working with integrated computer solutions and new technologies<br />
* Excellent written, oral and organizational skills, sound judgment and strong attention to detail<br />
* Should be highly motivated with a positive attitude and have strong communication and negotiation skills<br />
