Support in the archival of GMP documents, vendors documents and retrieval of documents during site audits. Support on procurement/Invoicing management. Manage and perform data entry for cGMP documentation system. Maintain Vendor Competency Assessment register Provide support to supervisor in all assigned tasks and in invoices to supervisor and Head of Department. Support as Backup for Engineering document Centre, administrator on shopping cart, MRO receiving, Spare parts Good Received Key Responsibilities Area Manage & Maintain SAP CM module functions Prepare and Printing of CM Work orders. Technical encoded CM Work orders. Maintain records and ensure completeness of CM module Work order with Attachments Archiving of CM module work order into engineering document Centre. Manage & Maintain SAP PM module functions Print out and manage PM work order and attachment. Archiving of work order and attachment filing. Administrative of statutory, fire pump testing, lifting inspection, waste disposal, gate pass, filter integrity records Manage & Maintain SAP Master change request Registration of SAP master change request forms. Eg. PM Plan, CM Plan, Spare Parts Change request Master data encoding ECR Encoding Dispatch SAP master change request forms to users for acknowledgement Archiving of SAP master change request forms after acknowledgement. Procurement/Invoicing management, Documentation, Vendor management and backup functions Maintain Vendor Competency Assessment register Liaise with Procurement for PO approval information & clarification Maintain records and tracking of PO issued & update users. Liaise with vendor and global finance on any invoicing issue. Support in printing of large document, engineering drawing. Support in retrieving of document for investigation, quality audit, EHS audit Support in copying, scanning and preparation of postal, document Back up function for engineering document Centre Back up function on shopping cart matters Back up function for MRO receiving, Spare parts Good Received Safety Adhere to site EHS procedure Be an active participation & contribute to EHS matters Be active promote positive safety culture Quality Ensure that all maintenance and repair/replacement activities are carried out in compliance with Engineering standards and procedures. Familiar with Local Standard Operating Procedures, Good Engineering Practice, GMP to carry out maintenance activities to high quality standards. Skills, Knowledge & Experience Professional NTC 2/3 or diploma in engineering discipline. 4 years of working experience with manufacturing environment. Experience in Learning and Management System Technical Good knowledge of MS Office suite of application especially MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of cGMP for pharmaceutical manufacture. Knowledge on SAP system. Knowledge on Learning Management System such as Mylearning.
