We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Field Specialist - Wireline, you will learn and develop your knowledge and gain valuable technical insight. You will be guided by an experienced team who will mentor you to understand wellsite problems and how to develop resolutions. You'll gain hands-on experience with some incredible technology.<br><br>As a Field Specialist - Wireline, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Assisting in providing open hole and cased hole logging including completions services at both the workshop and wellsite. <br></li><li>Being responsible for minor maintenance of equipment and assisting in actuating the completions equipment. <br></li><li>Communicating with direct team and supervisor. may work with the Customer Representative on occasion to develop resolutions to problems at wellsite <br></li><li>Following standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained <br></li><li>Carrying out required responsibilities safely as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals. <br></li><li>Performing other related duties as required and conducts all business activities according to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance). <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have an Engineering Degree in Mechanics, Industrial, Petroleum, Electromechanical, Electronic, or a Geologist degree. <br></li><li>Be able to show a good general knowledge of the Gas and Oil industry. <br></li><li>Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills. <br></li><li>Be willing to gain industry experience and product line training and attend Wireline Training School. <br></li><li>Having experience in Wireline Services will be a plus. <br></li><li>Have the ability to work and communicate well with others. <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
