Site Name: Panama - Panama's Capital - Ciudad de Panama Posted Date: Dec 26 2022 Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are: To Lead the development and implementation of the Medical Plans (MP) in the designated Therapeutic areas (TA). Ensure focus, alignment and compliance along the LOC of the GSK Medical Governance and Scientific Engagement policies and procedures. To function in each Local Operating Company (LOC) as medical expert and medical contact externally and as strategic business partner for internal stakeholders to achieve short, mid, and long term business objectives. Review and approve all GSK written materials on publications, labeling, training, promotion, advertising according to corporate policies and Code of Practice. Upon request, perform as company speaker and scientific medical liaison. Contribute to scientific Engagement implementation. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals: Medical degree Experience in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong scientific background and influence capacities. Experienced on team building. Preferred Qualifications: However, if you have the following, it would be a plus: English Level: Intermediate – Advanced will be a plus. Experience with Anti-infectives and/or Urology products will be a plus. Desirable experience and knowledge in marketing area.
