Investments in and building strong competences across our technology pillars - SAP, Digital Enterprise Systems, Data and Analytics, Digital Operations, Security are key to an integrated digital that is positioned to deliver superior results. <br> <br> <b>About this role</b><br> An Associate Software Engineer is responsible for development, support and maintenance of medium to complex business process applications, this person will collaborate with Studio Delivery Manager, DevOps/Scrum Leads, Business Process Analyst, Business Product Owner and the rest of the Digital Studio members to develop application(s) and support existing applications using the Microsoft SharePoint / Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, PowerApps.<br> <br> <b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li> Reporting to the Solutions Delivery Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Junior Software Developer include: </li> <li> Working within an Agile team to develop, test, and maintain SharePoint business applications built on Microsoft technologies. </li> <li> Participating with the team in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories. </li> <li> Develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards</li> <li> Participating in peer testing of solutions developed by other developers.</li> <li> Participating in application system and integration testing. </li> <li> Package and support deployment of releases. </li> <li> Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget. </li> <li> Providing third-level support to Business users. </li> <li> Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.</li> </ul> <br> <b>Qualifications and Requirements</b><br> <br> Essential Qualifications <br> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree, M.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT or related</li> <li> Advance English is required</li> <li> 2 or more years of experience with web development using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, REACT Framework, Typescript.</li> <li> Experience with Microsoft .NET development using C
