Yard Coordinator

Overview JOB PURPOSE Ensure loading sequence for trailers, safe working practices and hygienic requirements are followed in the loading/offloading areas of FGWH and R&PMWH Responsibilities Receives trailers and record loading sequence. Check the hygienic status of received trailers and reject un-acceptable. Ensure safety requirements in the loading/offloading areas. Coordinate with trailers’ drivers on loading sequence. Guide the trailers / drivers to assigned loading docks. Supervise the Trailer Covering Machine operation. Communicate with Freight Supervisor / Store man on loading trailers status. To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and OH&S targets are achieved. Qualifications Competencies: Ability to read and write Arabic/ English. Logical thinking and problem solving. Good communication skills.
