Mission The Subject Matter Expert will provide functional support for technical and strategic questions, requests and queries. He/she will liaise with practice teams and functional teams as required to resolve requests issues in a timely manner while ensuring the development of technical solutions for our manufacturing and automotive industries customers. As a subject matter expert, your duties will include evaluating organizational needs and recommending suitable technical solutions to support the conclusion of business deals. (What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization) Core Responsibilities:- Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes. Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance. Recommending technical solutions and determining software development requirements. Lead and architect large strategic deals, both for Reactive and Proactive opportunities Understand the competition landscape and arrive at win strategy and value proposition Work with the Wipro ecosystem to come up with the best-in-class solution approved by delivery Optimize the pricing to make it attractive for customers- value to win Lead the solution review calls with Wipro senior leadership Lead solution defense during final client presentations Prepare compliance checklist for RFP's and coordinate with writers and other team members/stakeholders to get the sections ready Support content development activities and develop exec summary, value proposition for the responses Provide writing and editorial review of content for messaging, usability, and readability, including synthesizing content brought together from multiple sources Requirements 10+ year experience in Automotive Engineering (e.g. EE Platforms, Software,...) Strong leadership and interpersonal skill, influence and convince skill ROI mindset Project / Program Management experience: defining, developing, implementing, executing and managing Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams. Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities. Demonstrate a strong bias for action and hands on approach. Business English Level mandatory Microsoft Office（PowerPoint, Excel, Word） Preferred experiences/skill sets 1+ year experience in pre sales or marketing Change Management Experience
