They are fearless and tireless in fighting to save every life.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the role </strong></p><p>As a committed and talented Philanthropy Manager, you will be crucial to developing the charity's income from high-net-worth individuals over the next five years. You will also play a key role in delivering the charity's new and progressive organisational strategy.</p><p>In your first few weeks in this Philanthropy Manager role, you can expect to:</p><ul><li>Initiate, build and manage relationships with a portfolio of existing and prospective philanthropists, including high-net-worth individuals and trusts and foundations who can give five and six-figure gifts</li><li>Assist with the planning and delivery of strategies to increase major gifts</li><li>Implement these strategies by building good relationships with individuals and trusts, developing compelling proposals and making powerful asks to inspire gifts</li><li>Identify high-net-worth prospects and make recommendations on creative ways to engage new donors and meet the team's objectives and financial targets</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>To apply for this philanthropy management job, you will need demonstrable experience in generating and achieving targets in a philanthropy, donors or trusts role, resulting in income growth. You will also require experience initiating, managing and developing relationships with high-value donors and key accounts. In addition, you should have experience in writing bespoke proposals and reports for high-value donors.
