N Relocation? N Position Type Non-Management POSITION PURPOSE Handle customer calls inquiries pertaining to room reservations, with a focus on revenue maximization and quality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS •Process all reservation requests, amendments, and cancellations received by email, phone and IPS system. •Maximise rooms revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sells. •Be fluent in all hotel products and services. •Follow the appropriate call handling guideline. •Responsible for effective implementation and compliance with reservations standards. •Be fully conversant with all market segments and rate plans used across all distribution channels. •Handle customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES •To fill this position the candidate must have a sales orientated personality, friendliness, teamwork and flexibility. •Resilience, well organized and structured. •Professional behavior even in stressful situations •Good knowledge of Opera and Empower .MARSHA Knowledge of advantage. •Good listening & comunication skills •Languages: High level of Spanish and English in spoken and written language.
