Chenega Services and Federal Solutions, LLC., a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Program Manager to lead a 15-person professional team to provide ServiceNow implementation services to Department of Education Federal Student Aid, including organizational management, financial analysis, and communications services support to various parts of FSA. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the customer environment and will be able to interact effectively with the customer to ensure that the programs are meeting contract requirements. The Program Manager operates as a Strategic Business Unit partner reporting directly to the President of CSFS. The Program Manager must have the prerequisite program administration and management background to exercise total responsibility and authority for program execution and customer satisfaction. We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, and determination to innovate scalable solutions for our clients.  Responsibilities Hiring Manager and team leader for a diverse team of technical experts Conducts agile management, financial analysis, and communications with executives, SMEs and agency stakeholders Provides services in a highly complex and constantly changing organizational environment, with a high degree of internal and external visibility and stakeholder interest. Manages and controls schedules, staffing and project costs to reduce project risks and improve project quality. Provide the guidance and oversight for Agile Delivery Teams to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities. Exhibit strong leadership skills and builds rapport with key stakeholders. Provide senior program management for the contract and team. Provide recommendations and feedback regarding the functional and technical scope of the contract and organizational methods for achieving its goals and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for all contractual deliverables, information requests, and staffing action items. Implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology aligned with HHS’ LMM. Manage SubContractor and Vendor relationships Other duties as assigned Qualifications A minimum of 10 years work experience in managing multimillion-dollar IT programs. SAFe Agile certification desired ServiceNow, SharePoint, experience preferred Adept at presenting clear, concise, factual support free from political conclusions or any judgment of individual(s). Ability to pass Public Trust / DoEd FSA 6C background investigation Experience providing program management services for federal government contracts. Must have demonstrated experience providing direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans and procedures. Teleworking Permitted?
