PLM Data Migration Business Director Location: Milford, OH (preferred) Working remotely may be acceptable depending on experience US citizenship (preferred) or permanent residency required Education: Bachelor?s Degree in one of the following: ? Electrical / Mechanical / Aerospace or similar Engineering ? Computer Engineering / Computer Science ? Mathematics Experience: 15+ years of overall experience working in the US and 10+ years experience with PLM / CAD / ERP Data Migration Role: ? Responsible for managing a business with a team of 40-50 migration specialists, program manager, project managers, and Sales team to execute and deliver a portfolio of PLM and CAD data migration projects. ? Work with Program Manager to recruit and manage resource requirement for the entire program ? Work with sales team to build a project pipeline and support pre-sales, strategy, discovery, and planning phases ? Define processes to make project execution repeatable, predictable, profitable, and scalable ? Work with offshore delivery managers to expand existing offshore team ? Define a process to work with other PLM groups within the company to understand synergy between PLM implementation and PLM Data Migration ? Work with Program Manager to develop vision for expanding and enhancing the technology ? Understand market demand and steer the program to efficiently manage a profitable business ? Manage contracts, SOW, customer escalations, billing, rates, and finances in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams ? Manage PLM and CAD Vendor relationship to manage PLM / CAD licenses required for data migration ? Grow data migration revenue by 20% Key Technical Skills: ? Hands on experience at some point in career leading/managing large Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, SAP-PLM, and/or Aras Innovator PLM Implementation, Deployments or Migrations. ? Familiarity with one or more CAD systems and how CAD data is managed in PLM ? Expertise in Parts, BOM, Document, 3D CAD, Drawing management in PLM ? Proven track record of success in overseeing and delivering PLM / CAD migration solutions ? Excellent written and verbal interaction/communication skills ? Ability to multi-task across multiple concurrent accounts ? Strong customer relationship building skills ? Experience with negotiating contracts ? Fixed fee or T&M is a plus Work Environment: ? You will be leading ~40 member data migration practice that focuses solely on large data migration projects. The team is primarily located in Milford, OH and Pune India. ? You will be a part of an energetic 130+ member PLM Program ? Customers are typically located in the US or Europe but occasionally elsewhere.
