Fleet Administrator

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for for the day-to-day activities to get the vehicles ready for operations to plate the vehicles. BUSINESS IMPACT: This role has an impact on operations and customer experience. Job Contributions: REGISTRATION OPERATIONS: Complete local and State DMV process to register new vehicles, to renew registrations and process plates. Complete local plate packaging process. Responsible for receiving MSOs and processing registration work on DMV terminal Responsible for reporting and paperwork compliance with state DMV Responsible for setting up plate asset in EAM, organizing and packaging license plates Responsible for mailing license plates to correct location and maintain tracking Responsible for scanning registration documents into Filenet Responsible for submitting treasury reporting MSO CONTROL: Responsible for accounting for MSOs received Ensuring MSOs received are for correct location and are reassigned correctly Responsible for follow up on vehicles delivered and MSO not received Responsible for storing unprocessed MSOs securely PROBLEM SOLVING: Resolves issues that occur during registration and receipt of plates/registration documents. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Maintains a ‘Best practice sharing culture’, always striving to find ways to improve service.
