<b>Purpose </b><br />
<br />
The Integrity Management Global Centre of Excellence (CoE) Manager is a leadership role supporting Integrity Management globally. Ensure close working relationship with the IMDS Regional Managers / Directors as well as the wider Integrity Management business. As such, the role is expected to influence strategic direction, culture and approach delivering Integrity Management. Strong personality with excellent personal skills and communication skills are pivotal.<br />

In addition to strong understanding of Integrity, the role must demonstrate strong commercial skills enabling and driving growth and other forms of collaboration. The role will have a level of Business Development content and the candidate must be able to interface with both external clients and internal clients from the other Oceaneering services and regions.They will provide leadership in development and execution of Integrity Management processes with an emphasis on using their expertise in managing the risks to client&
39;s assets.<br />

The role holder will be knowledgeable in the engineering and operation of integrity services with the ability to advise on risk reduction best practices. A passion for excellence is required to lead and shape a best in class Integrity Management services.<br />
<br />
<b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Leads the global Integrity Management CoE including managers and Subject Matter Experts (specialist) providing technical guidance and leadership to IMDS globally.</li>
<li>Prepare budgets and performance reports for global Integrity Management CoE and provides reports for senior management.</li>
<li>Develop and enhance functional capability within the Integrity Management service line and maintain a fit for purpose organisation at all times.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities and support the Sales/Business Development function in development and delivery of marketing to prospective clients</li>
<li>Actively support and develop together opportunities with IMDS regional Managers / Directors, to grow the projects we have and actively sell Oceaneering/IMDS services</li>
<li>Work with other Integrity Management groups across the global regions to develop and enhance the service provision, develop Integrity best practices and delivery key technical content on processes, procedures etc.</li>
<li>Have intimate knowledge and understanding of the long-term strategies for IMDS and wider business.</li>
<li>Devises and execute tactical actions that support long-term strategies, and identify new opportunities that support the strategies, either with services or entry to new markets.</li>
<li>Manage customer relationships at a senior level and build relationships with key clients to influence decisions and demonstrate Oceaneering&
39;s capabilities</li>
<li>Support bids and proposals of Global operations when needed</li>
<li>Manage and lead SMEs by actively mentoring, developing and promoting talent including a focus on ODC.</li>
<li>Represent Oceaneering at trade shows, conferences, professional meetings, and industry forums</li>
<li>Develops work processes, procedures and technical content as needed</li>
<li>Sponsors specialized training modules, webinars, articles and papers</li>
<li>Active member of Industry related technical committees and societies</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities for supporting compliance / 17020. </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for ensuring technical requirements are maintained within &quot;The COE&quot; including to ISO:17020 and ISO:9001 accreditation standards.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with Technical Managers as and when required for Technical Support and for any technical decisions related to inspections.</li>
<li>Liaising with the Quality department to co-ordinate external audits</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with BS EN ISO/IEC 17020 and other applicable accreditations.</li>
</ul>
