IE Supervisor

NES Fircroft is seeking an IE Supervisor in Hull to deliver safe and efficient maintenance activities for a dedicated, collaborative technician team. <br><br>As a flexible IE Supervisor, you will direct line manage your technician team whilst also working closely with the 3rd party term contractors. You will also be expected to perform maintenance and breakdown tasks when required.<br><br>Some of your primary responsibilities as IE Supervisor will include:<ul><li>Coordinating scheduled inspections according to the SAP look ahead to ensure zero overdue</li><li>Working with the craft team, operations coordinators, other maintenance coordinators, and trades supervisors daily to ensure that all engineering and maintenance requests are executed as planned</li><li>Coordinating work scopes and dates with the Maintenance Service Providers to ensure manufacturing requirements are met</li><li>Monitoring work requests being submitted to the maintenance services provider and considering the priority of work and its impact on maintenance costs</li><li>Ensuring the correct level of hazardous area equipment inspections to the IEC60079 standard are completed</li><li>Ensuring a good level of understanding within the whole Maintenance team of INEOS 20 Safety Principles and Life-Saving Rules</li></ul>To apply for this IE Supervisor role, you will need the ability to oversee repair, maintenance, calibration, inspection, and modification process analysers and sample systems, including NIR and GC, as well as pH and conductivity analysers.
