Digital Automation Technology Lead

Wipro is looking to hire a Digital Technology lead. You will be an experienced engineer familiar with industry technologies and best practices across OT and IT with experience in the automation domain, business development, product management and delivery management. Responsibilities: Develop the strategy for the domain and roadmaps for the supporting technologies along with the business stakeholders, IT, and suppliers. Develop the business plans, validate the value of the strategy, and justify approval of funding for the projects to implement the strategy. Deployment and integration of technologies to embed new technology and realize the value. Develop, lead, and mentor a team of 4-6 people and natural teams of up to 10 people. Skills and Experience: Alarm & Ops Management practitioner familiar with work processes in the alarm management life cycle. Experience with Analytics, Cloud Computing, Edge Control, IIOT, Cloud, Azure IoT Suite and AWS. Industry communications & networking (OPC DA, OPC UA, Ethernet, Fieldbus, HART). Process control fundamentals including design, configuration, infrastructure, and programming of DCS, PLC and SIS. Wireless field networks including protocols like wireless hart, wireless ISA, 4g, and 5g). Device descriptions, EDL, FDT, DTM, FDI and similar device standards. Experience with IT integration of software in Distributed Control Systems such as Honeywell Experion, Yokogawa Centum, Emerson Delta V, Siemens PCS 7, ABB, or Foxboro. Software Deployment / Installation / Integration in Microsoft Windows Systems. Application testing to design and automate test scripts and conduct FAT/SAT. Cyber Security including DCOM, security authentication, encryption, SAML, tokens, certificates, firewalls, Switches, NATs. Network Design, Infrastructure, Integration, VLANs, VPNs, Cybersecurity. Qualifications required: Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, or Discipline Engineering or equivalent. MBA Degree desirable. 10+ years of experience in automation, operational technology and IT. 5+ years’ experience in the Downstream Manufacturing and/or Upstream Production Business. Product Management experience over the full lifecycle of a product. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
