<b>Our client is an Oil &amp; Gas operator who are an American multinational corporation engaged in hydrocarbon exploration and production. The business is looking for a Wells Material Asset Control Specialist to join the team in Calgary. </b></p>

<li>The Wells Materials Asset Control Specialist role is to support the Well Materials Management team and the Finance BU as well as Wells Material Asset Control Specialist</li>
</ul>

Duties</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>SAP transactions included but not limited to goods receipts, invoice review and material transfers</li>
<li>Material transfer and charge outs including SAP to Wellview reconciliation</li>
<li>Material Re-Allocation - Ensuring material is being allocated to correct WBS Elements and transferred when projects are completed and closed</li>
<li>Reports - Generating Project AFE reports from SAP, Wellview and Spotfire that support inventory goods issues, inventory and financial reconciliation and analysis.</li>
<li>Document Control ensuring packing slips, signed material releases, yard tally&
39;s, Wellview run tally&
39;s, and signed/coded field tickets are saved in the folders</li>
<li>Goods issues, invoice issue resolution and reporting of wells materials</li>
<li>Complies and assists with all internal and external audits including Procurement (SOX) and financial audits and ensures that physical stock balances are reconciled, and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.</li>

<li>Enhanced software application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Wellview, Spotfire and SAP)</li>
<li>Keen attention to detail &amp; adherence to quality work</li>
<li>Effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build &amp; maintain effective, trusting relationships with internal stakeholders. Strong influence, facilitation &amp; networking ability</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge of Wells materials (Wellheads, OCTG, ESP&
39;s, FCD&

<li>Knowledge of SAP Material Management functions</li>
<li>Knowledge of Wellview and Spotfire</li>
</ul>
