<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>If you're looking for a flexible part-time role (22.5hrs per week) in London and you have Corporate Development experience, Charity People has an exciting opportunity for you. We are helping a Community Housing organisation find a Corporate Development Partner to deliver new high-level income from new Major Corporate income generating relationships and partnerships, specifically in London and South East England. The role offers a salary of c£44,100 per annum, pro-rata plus £4,000 pro-rata London weighting and a contributory group personal pension plan.</p>
<p>As a Corporate Development Partner, you will be part of a wider team responsible for delivering the organisation's ambitious fundraising and business development strategy and, more specifically, with the Head of Business Development, other Senior Managers, and Trustees.</p>
<p>To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do as a Corporate Development Partner:</p>
<p>· Guide the development of the South East Corporate Development Strategy</p>
<p>· Develop and deliver innovative products and programmes that maximise engagement and interaction with high-value major corporate partners</p>
<p>· Contribute to the development and delivery of the overall Income Generation Strategy</p>
<p>· Deliver the overarching Corporate Strategy with your colleagues</p>
<p>The post holder will be very proactive, taking on regular face-to-face meetings, events, and activities. A commuting travel time of under an hour or so is recommended as a workable option. It is not a requirement that the post holder lives in London, but if the candidate is based there, the London weighting is applicable. Additional qualifications include:</p>
<p>· Existing knowledge of the Corporate Landscape across London and Southeast England, including high-value corporate relationships with which you already have experience and demonstrable success</p>
<p>· Excellent Corporate fundraising experience, new business and account management, and experience managing a portfolio of projects, multi-tasking and prioritising</p>
<p>· An understanding of how Political, Statutory, Corporate, and Faith environments operate, interact, and affect each other</p>
