In this changing environment, we need to incorporate a Data Analyst to support the business in the digital area. Integrated in the Business Solutions team, the Data Analyst will be responsible for keeping all the knowledge that GSK generates, in a secured and centralized source where the data can be connected to other sources. This will make the insight generation process easier, faster, and more reliable. Data Analyst will generate reports in Power BI that will help the organizations to make faster, clearer, and better decisions, establishing a standardized and centralized platform to consume knowledge through data. Data Analyst will also support the business Main Responsibilities Define the Data and identify assets within local data domains to ensure that all the knowledge is captured. Create Processes and Procedures along with access controls to monitor adherence and use of the data within the LOC Maintain quality of the data using customer feedback, concerns, questions; internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues; and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly. Generate reports using the unified data framework and Power BI to answer business questions. Use advanced analytics for projects that require an additional step beyond EDA. (ie. Segmentation, scoring models, NBA custom algorithms) What You Will Do Your main responsibilities will be: Be the key point of contact for the Commercial teams in topics related to analytics. Understand end-to-end data flows/transformations and data lineage and identifying data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management. Implement sensitive data, access profile to the dashboards and periodically review them. Perform and coordinate analytics projects. Requirements MS degree in Physics, Engineering, Business, or a related degree +5 years proven working experience in a Analytics Role Seasoned Expert in Power BI High interest in BI and Data such as: - Understanding of database modeling - Knowledge of SQL - Knowledge of Scala and/or pySpark is desirable - Experience with Azure Data would be a plus - +1 Year experience with Databricks and Spark. - Working experience on CRM and multichannel tools (Veeva, Reltio, Gygia) would be a plus. Desirable, experiencie working with Agile methodologies.
