Charity People are partnering with the the leading mental health charity for young people in North West London , to look for a Fundraising Manager - Philanthropy, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £47k pro-rata.</p><p><strong>About the charity</strong></p><p>They are is a leading mental health and wellbeing charity for young people. Through tailored psychoanalytic psychotherapies and practical support, we help vulnerable children and young people to overcome the effects of adverse life experiences and the challenges of adolescence. Founded 55 years ago by a group of pioneering, internationally renowned psychoanalysts to respond to the unique needs of adolescents for age-specific, preventative therapeutic treatment, we now provide a range of services that includes one-to-one therapy, group interventions, parent support and guidance for professionals working in schools and other youth services.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>As a Fundraising Manager, you will drive planned communication work, including event organising, to raise the profile of the charity and support fundraising. You will also introduce and oversee a streamlined process aimed at increasing donations by growing our donor base, donation processing and donor care management.</p><p>In your first few weeks in this Fundraising Manager role, you can expect to:</p><ul><li>Deliver growth in unrestricted and restricted income, particularly in Major Donors</li><li>Work closely with the CEO, Communications and Development Executive and Head of Services in the development of existing and new projects</li><li>Manage and grow both new and existing relationships with supporters, key external stakeholders, trusts, corporates, major donors, celebrities and influencers.</li></ul><p>We are looking for a candidate who is brilliantly organised, with a track record building relationships with HNWI. You will have experience of successfully soliciting 5-figure gifts and will have an interest in working in the mental health sector.
