Focusing on supporting education, research, and commercial delivery. Working closely and collaboratively across professional services and the academy to align service delivery, embedding our core values and strategy across the university.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About you </strong></p> <ul> <li>You will have led and managed projects or teams, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff through a mentoring and coaching approach.</li> <li>You will have a flexible approach to work and an ability to work on your own initiative.</li> <li>You will represent Manchester Met in networks and user groups and by attending relevant events to keep up to date with the latest developments and techniques and share information. </li> <li>You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to service excellence.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Are enthusiastic about developing our University's Core Facilities?
