We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory team as a Consultant working in our Management Consulting, Enterprise Solutions practice in Montreal. What you will do Enterprise Solutions at KPMG KPMG’s Enterprise Solutions teams help client teams create and maintain a competitive advantage in the market. Your role will help clients to strategically enhance their internal operating models to become a digitally connected enterprise. You will help CIOs make their function future ready. As part of a team that applies skills in IT strategy and system implementation such as Oracle, you will help clients execute their transformation strategies with the technology best suited to their business, data, and information requirements as a functional or technical consultant. In addition to participating in pursuits and practice development, your day-to-day activities may include: Determine and analyze clients' IT functional and technical needs Design and implement solutions to drive business led technology enabled transformations Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and customers in multiple areas Undertake or support configurations to tailor solutions to client needs Undertake or support technical activities such as data conversions, integrations, security etc. Work with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies Work in teams and individually as needed, including international teams What you bring to the role What you bring to the role: Consultants usually join Management Consulting coming from an undergraduate degree or Master’s degree with less than 2 year’s work experience. Those coming from advanced degrees including MBAs, PhDs, MD, JD are encouraged to evaluate if a Senior Consultant position is better suited. You will have graduated from a university degree program (we will be considering candidates from a spectrum of programs such as business, commerce, science, engineering, arts, etc.) You are a highly motivated individual, enthusiastic to take on a variety of training, challenges and opportunities You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and in English You have a strong academic record You have the ability to work independently without supervision You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure You have a strong sense of personal accountability You have an entrepreneurial drive, and are a creative problem solver Our system allows for the attachment of up to five files without losing the layout.
