Your field of work Elicitation and analysis of user needs in cooperation with the product owner Creation of costumer journeys and flow charts to derive the requirements for the operating concept Realisation of concepts from scribble to clickable prototype Presentation of the results to the team Contact person for questions concerning the operating concept and user guidance Representation of user interests from the operating concept and usability point of view in interdisciplinary teams Preparation, implementation and evaluation of usability tests You can find out more about our web applications here.
