You do not need any recruitment or sales experience however this may be an advantage. You do however need to be hard working, a good team player, have excellent communication skills, excellent written English and a competitive edge with a burning ambition to be successful. A strong educational background is an advantage however there are not any specific requirements. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced resourcer who is looking to progress onto their first desk.</p><p><strong>Details on the role.</strong></p><p>Academics offer flexible working hours and excellent annual leave. With a flexitime start between 7am-9am and finish between 4:30pm-6:30pm including an hour for lunch we aim to allow for a work life balance. With 28 days annual leave and an additional 5 available for each year worked. We do offer a working from home option 1-3 day per week and there are excellent transport routes available to our central London office near to Farringdon and Chancery lane stations.</p><p><strong>About our team</strong>.</p><p>We have a very supportive and inclusive team.
