You will be responsible for managing the field team members in terms of job assignments, movement and any day-to-day affairs. You will also provide synergy across the portfolio of Completion and Well Intervention (CWI) products &amp; services to the operators. Ensuring the team&
39;s compliance at all time to company policy, procedures, and cultural pillars.<br />
<br />
As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Liaising with the service delivery team on operator requirements for personnel, and on future outlook to ensure coverage.</li>
<li>Managing field personnel&
39;s movement within ANP region to ensure field installation service is provided to client.</li>
<li>Ensuring field personnel&
39;s offshore training &amp; certifications are valid, competency remains up-to-date, and adhering to Baker Hughes&
39; HSE policy.</li>
<li>Ensuring cost incurred for day to day activities are economical &amp; efficient.</li>
<li>Understanding basic onshore/offshore rig activities and service requirement.</li>
<li>Developing multiskilling project.</li>
<li>Exploring remote operations opportunities and develop ANP remote operations strategy.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s level in a relevant discipline.</li>
<li>Have an experience as a Field Service Coordinator or Personnel related.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a level of experience in Planning, and a level of competency in using basic Microsoft Office application.</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to multitask &amp; prioritize as required to meet datelines.</li>
<li>Have a good communication skills and people person skills.</li>
<li>Able to display grace under pressure.</li>
</ul>
