JO MALONE LONDON TITLE: Retail Experience Coordinator ABOUT THE ROLE: We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Retail Experience Coordinator to join the Jo Malone London team. The role will support Retail Operational projects and provide administrative support for the wider team. As we continue to elevate our Retail Experience across stores and OOH Retail opportunities, this position will be key to addressing Global and regional operational needs efficiently and effectively. Some key projects include but not limited to:  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide General support on retail operational requirements Support the Retail Experience team with the coordination of the bi-annual Store Collateral Offering including managing regional forecasts to ensure that item costs remain in budget and received in a timely manner. Building and releasing Retail bulletins with input from cross-functional teams. Review and co-ordinate the printed collateral requests to ensure always purposeful and relevant. Co-ordinate all Global Retail Experience test and learn projects, requesting data and collating within in a timely manner. Be the primary coordinator on requesting and tracking all global requests to regions and affiliates in a timely manner. Support the team with the creation of PowerPoint presentations as required for internal cascade. Research retail trends and key new store openings for key competitors and present back to the wider retail team. Support with the collation and monthly release of Retail Notes. Ongoing maintenance of and updating Retail Experience team documents. Regularly updating and releasing the Retail Experience calendar with new store openings and retail activations. Support the wider retail experience team with general admin support.
