The company's team has more than 500 members in Bratislava, Žilina and Košice, while working closely with other international teams. We are searching for new team member for temporary replacement during maternity leave in our local Legal team to provide healthcare regulatory & compliance legal services (medical devices in vivo and in vitro regulation). Main responsibilities: in-house legal counseling for Siemens Healthcare s.r.o. focus on commercial and civil law regulatory law - medical devices in vivo and in vitro regulation public procurement law data protection agend and labour law work with Czech legal environment Requirements: The University of Law min. 2 year experience in commercial law regulatory law - medical devices in vivo and in vitro regulation - mandatory public procurement law - mandatory data protection agenda - mandatory labour law - mandatory general knowledge of the Czech legal environment - advantage experience in public procurement is an advantage active knowledge of English - C1 (including legal terminology) Knowledge of another world language - advantage work in MS Office Communication skills and team orientation Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment Results and quality orientation What we can offer?
