Job Description Provider Relations Manager- Helena MT HYBRID work schedule available Are you comfortable in a high-volume environment? About the Role Take responsibility for assigned employees and provide leadership to a team who ensure that customers are satisfied, and their needs Responsibilities Identifying and analyzing problems, plans tasks and solutions Providing guidance to team on development, performance, and productivity issues. Recommending changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness and reports progress Designing, developing, and delivering annual training plans and programs for Medicaid Providers Monitoring and follow-through to resolve questions or problems and conduct all communications with the provider through disposition of inquiry Identifying and initiate provider contact for better understanding of Medicaid program guidelines Developing and maintaining working relationships with Provider Associations Ensuring contractual compliance for unit Requirements A College degree pref, in business, communications or a healthcare field Have training experience and proven presentation skills. Have six months Medicaid and customer service experience Possess excellent analytical and communication skills Be comfortable working in a production-oriented environment and be able to handle stress.
