<b>Job Duties:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Under broad direction, provides product application recommendations, develops product performance optimization solutions, and completes post- well evaluation of product performance.</li>
<li>Provides technical and operational expertise to both external and internal customers to deliver effective technical solutions.</li>
<li>Assists with developing and managing required product designs for an assigned area.</li>
<li>Tracks product development projects and monitors the area&
39;s product design requirements.</li>
<li>Generates technical papers and performance profiles to capture lessons learned and share best practices.</li>
<li>Mentors and trains less experienced team members.</li>
<li>Works well in fast paced team environment and closely with the sales group to meet customers needs.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Requires an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, or Business related discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years&
39; relevant industry experience.</li>
<li>Spotfire and excel proficient preferred.</li>
</ul>
