Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>In this role you will be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery for our customers. You will play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of work. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.<br><br>As a Services Cell Planner, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Participating in daily production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholders.<br></li><li>Working with relevant stakeholders to identify job launch slots.<br></li><li>Developing a weekly schedule of work, along with a provisional plan for the following week of work going through the shop.<br></li><li>Defining and administering an On Hold plan in line with Workshop capacity and identifying new slots for continued production.<br></li><li>Working within our ERP system (Oracle) to identify material requirements, analyze supply and optimize inventory KPIs.<br></li><li>Overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, manpower issues and shop capacity.<br></li><li>Running weekly manufacturing launch and look ahead planning meetings.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have experience planning multiple cells, defining workload and communicating clear production plans with stakeholders.<br></li><li>Have good knowledge of a variety of software tools including Excel and any MRP systems.<br></li><li>Be familiar with planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6) and planning theory to manage and interpret project plans.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
