<b>Job Purpose</b><br><br>You will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement/ order. You will contribute to the development of an operational ye.ar plan for own department activities of the team. Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b>Location:</b> this position is based in <b>Maca&eacute;/RJ.</b> <br>This professional will work<b> 100% onsite </b>, from Monday to Friday.<br><br> <b>Note:</b> Availability to work on weekends, when necessary . <br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li> Being responsible for the daily operations, activities, financial and technical management of a Tool Center; </li><li> Working closely with internal customers (Field Engineers and Service Managers) to coordinate tooling required and schedule for outages; </li><li> Coordinating the activities and schedule of tool center staff, including hourly paid employees; </li><li> Working together with people from the business unit. Planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues; </li><li> Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning; </li><li> Handling targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions. </li></ul><br><br><b>Requirements (Skill/Experience)</b><br><ul><li>Technical High School Diploma in Electrics, Automation, Electrotechnical and/ related, with <b>CRC active</b> (professional register) OR Bachelor's Degree students from Business Administration or Engineering.</li><li>Have proven experience in a similar level role;</li><li>Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills both in Portuguese (native/fluent) and English (basic and interested in learning and develop this skill);</li><li>Have availability to work on weekends when we have operational needs.</li></ul><br><br><b>Flexible Working Patterns</b><br><br>The following flexible working options are available for this role<br><ul><li>From Monday to Friday, commercial time.</li><li>100% onsite.<br> </li></ul><br> ***** <br><br> A Baker Hughes Company prioriza oportunidades iguais para todos os candidatos.
