DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Set up delivery appointments for loads planned Set up customer pick ups Must prepare and distribute bill of ladings Help off loaders as necessary Search and route job tickets for complaint process Handles and routes incoming calls Cut bills for all loads Communicate with logistics all outbound loads and delivery times Must be qualified to properly operate the forklift Must be able to generate daily order reports Must verify dispatched product is properly documented and updated in system Microsoft Excel experience Microsoft Office experience Prior work experience in the corrugated industry. Prior work experience as a forklift operator Additional duties may be assigned by management
