\n Manage installation of the new Access Points in the Dublin Pt of Sale labs. \n Execute test scripts and other project tasks in the Dublin Point of Sale labs. \n Oversee/coordinate the installation of the new Access Points in the offshore Labs \n Single point of Contact for post deployment support for newly deployed wireless infrastructure. \n Create SOPs / MOPs for Ross BAU team. \n Coordinate with wireless vendors as part triage, TAC and RMA \n Coordinate with Ross internal or third parties for any integration related fixes and issues \n Manage technical issues through resolution \n Develop milestones for the support transition workstream \n Managing Aruba access points, \n Clear pass and cloud central \n Aruba Wireless Admin
