Brand Manager - Snacks Portfolio

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Snacks Portfolio, this role is responsible for deploying global best practice across the snacking spaces and white space opportunities. Exposure to and experience in UK or US markets is advantageous in this role. Develop strategic marketing objectives, growth levers and tactics anchored in Demand Spaces that address consumer needs Lead a highly engaged and agile commercialisation team on bringing innovation to market Manage full marketing T&E budget for Snacks Portfolio Team Ensure insightful and action-oriented post campaign reports, sales performance, analysis, and ROI Qualifications About You 6+ years prior experience in a Brand or Shopper Marketing position within a similarly developed snacks market (UK/US customer-facing preferred) Experience in senior stakeholder management, engagement, and influencing Highly articulate with strong leadership and communication skills Ability to anticipate opportunities and proactively problem-solve and galvanise cross-functional teams to address If the above description sounds like you, please submit your CV online.
