Responsibilities Direct and drive performance across the areas of strategy, budgeting, financial performance, compliance, appropriate staffing and contributing to and utilizing shared services that create value. Lead operations and initiatives to place safety and quality of care and services provided at the forefront of practices and policies. Establish regulatory integrity for communities to maintain good-standing with state and federal licensing authorities. Work toward continual improvement in survey results and ratings. Benchmarks clinical practice pattern performance of communities to deliver best-practice care documentation, compliance, and clinical staffing levels. Oversee the transition of individual community systems and ensures compliance with system utilization on an ongoing basis. Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Work Experience: 7 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
