Facilities include idea lab, library, theater, museum, energy exhibit, art galleries, children's museum, and a knowledge tower housed under one roof to provide visitors with an immersive and transformative experience. <br> <br> The Ithra Operations is responsible for providing all operational services to Ithra and its visitors including event management, concessionaire management, visitors experience and volunteer services <br> <br> The visitor experience specialist's primary role is to develop and oversee the development and implementation of the visitor's experience and journey throughout the facility and across the organization's communication channels. <br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><br>You will be required to perform the following: <br> <br> Develop and execute the hospitality and operational development strategies that shall facilitate the long-term successful implementation and management of crowd control, public safety, customer services transactions management and visitor journey and experiences. <br> <br> Provide safety and emergency plans, implementation in alignments with Saudi Aramco and international standards. that ensure a public safety environment, and respond actively to safety incident that may occur. <br> <br> Develop visitor experience plan that include queue management, design, deployment, training, testing and implementation of the crowd management, customer service of different categories <br> <br> Liaise closely with event proponents, government entities if require, commercial partners, food & beverage and retail outlets to advise and support in applying a safe and effective practices that produce quality services across the facility for all type of events <br> <br> Assess and mitigate the impact of hosted events on the overall experience of visitors through the quality of services provided and crowed flows and movement in and around the premises <br> <br> Assist to develop operating plans, procedures and associated documentation related to crowd management, customer service, school visits and VIP visits <br><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br><br>As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in International Project Management, Events Management, Tourism and Hospitality, Hospitality Administration from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred. <br> <br> You will have minimum of Ten years working experience in site operation management, managing in customer service environment, encouraging of high standard of visitor care. Five years of experience in site operations and guest relations management. <br> <br> You will have to govern workstreams while adhering to Ithra and Aramco organization culture, policies and procedure to deliver a smooth, safe and sustainable visitor experience <br> <br> You will have to interpret the delivery of the services versus the target, associated with hosting, queuing, hospitality, ticketing, point of sales, membership, visitor feedback, upscale and high-class guest services, and monitor the KPI target for the assets utilization to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets <br> <br> On-floor experience is a requirement from crowd management, traffic planning, site public safety, risk assessment and evacuation plan <br> <br> You must have the knowledge and experience to adapt the international practices in hospitality & events, cultural and entertainment industry. <br><br><b> Working environment </b> <br> <br> Our high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly. <br> <br> At Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
