The role is a key position within the diverse, results focused team. Partnering with cross-functional teams you will deliver successful projects and develop innovations.<br><br>As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Understanding Pipeline products, services, rig activities and processes</li><li>Guiding and coaching Field Operators</li><li>Preparing pre and post job checks, load-out, rigging up and rigging down and field maintenance of equipment</li><li>Assembling pipes, hoses and pumping equipment using hand tools</li><li>Operating company equipment in a safe manner, observing company and government regulations</li><li>Maintaining good customer relations and proper communication with coworkers and supervisors</li><li>Maintaining regulatory documentation as required</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Be enthusaistic and willing to learn and work with new equipment within mechanics and engineering</li><li>Be enthusiastic and willing to travel regularly to various sites (this is likely 70% of your time taken)</li><li>Have a manufacturing or engineering certificate (this is not essential, as it is advantageous); a personal interest and enthusiasm to learn will substitute any formal qualification</li><li>Have good communication skills both written and verbally</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.<br><br><b>Working with us</b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
