LI-CR1 Position Overview As a Manager, Operational Excellence, you will support process improvements and promote efficient operations by applying Industrial Engineering skills to business problems here at SiteOne. This includes working with different business areas to identify, initiate and manage projects that improve customer service and establish efficient processes for our more than 600 branches across North America. Duties and responsibilities As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will: Be customer obsessed, and strive everyday to deliver a world class customer and employee experience by focusing on improving each aspect of customer and employee interactions Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across our >600 branches, by leading large-scale transformations, including assessment and definition of standards within store/field operations. Provide analytical decision support to assigned business areas through the use of core Industrial Engineering skills, mathematical tools, modeling and computational methods for system analysis, evaluation, and optimization Develop and maintain Engineered Labor Standards that are used to measure, inform, and/or evaluate the performance of SiteOne operations Direct, plan and coordinate the day-to-day activities of one or more Process Improvement Engineers.
