Ireland is home to External manufacturing’s global headquarters, the business unit responsible for the management of manufacturing contract operations (CMO’s) and ensuring reliable supply of product to patients across the Bristol Myers Squibb global network. This includes management of, and working in conjunction with, third party contract manufacturers and internal manufacturing sites. In Ireland, External Manufacturing has two sites; Global Headquarters based in Dublin 15 and a distribution centre in Shannon, Co Clare. Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two-week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and present to Business Unit Leadership team their Budget and Projections Responsible for the completion of Month end Start up P&L Line Business partner to the Project Management Organisation Provide detailed financial reporting during the year. Finance connection back to VPT on project status moving from pre-commercial to commercial. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required: An experienced qualified accountant with a comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, business partnering, accounting principles, and internal controls. ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA with +5years PQE. Strong excel skills and knowledge of SAP ERP essential Develops strong, effective work relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives. Builds and maintains a network of key individuals necessary for obtaining and disseminating information critical to the operation of the External Manufacturing Business Unit. Demonstrated ability to work with and manage cross functional teams in a complex, changing environment to deliver value-added results from an overall corporate perspective Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the execution of job responsibilities.
