Product Marketing Specialist, MAC

¬COUNTABILITIES 1. Support of marketing program & calendar development - Develop marketing strategy and program for each product category - Execute marketing calendar and monthly program - Develop product concepts based on local customers’ needs 2. Product Marketing/Sample planning & research - Develop and revise the product marketing plan to optimize product distribution and to ensure planning accuracy and appropriate inventory levels in alignment - Develop sampling strategy for each product franchise and order samples according to the strategy - Develop price strategy in alignment with global guideline and marketing plan - Research/monitor market trends and marketing activities of competitors and retailers and utilize it as a key source of product marketing strategies - Analyze data for pricing, cost of goods, price increase, line editing project, brand segment category, sales results of the monthly focus products and launch result of major programs 3. Inventory/price management - Oversee forecasts to ensure planning accuracy and appropriate inventory levels - Regularly check excess inventory status and recommends and implement plans to reduce excess inventory levels - Communicate flawlessly with Demand Planning and Inventory Management team to prevent out of stock situation 4. VMD(Visual Merchandising) planning & management (for MAC) - Plan and execute VM program according to marketing program - Set up outdoor advertisement plans according to the marketing programs in the department store - Control and manage display and printed matter budget - Educate Base merchandising skills and maintenance Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS •Education - University-level education •Experiences - 6+ years’ experience of product & brand marketing career Job: Marketing Primary Location: Asia Pacific-KR- Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 2217401
