We collaborate with teams to solve complex technical challenges and design future innovations.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Senior Manager - ESG Platform and Applications, you will lead the Strategy, Configuration and Maintenance of platforms and applications related to ESG reporting at Baker Hughes.<br><br>In this role you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Building the strategy and roadmaps for maintaining and enhancing technology platforms involved in Baker Hughes ESG reporting (Datalakes, O365 applications, Workiva, Denodo etc.) that align with Baker Hughes' technology standards and ensure single source of truth and data integrity for reporting and decision making <br><br> &bull; Establishing a high performing operations team and implement high levels of automation (infrastructure and software) to support the required levels of stability and scalability <br><br> &bull; Providing leadership and management to employees and contingent worker teams (data engineers, data integrations, platforms etc.) to deliver best-in-class performance of platforms and applications <br><br> &bull; Being responsible for ensuring new data technologies and innovations are integrated into the organization, advising, and recommending strategies, decisions, processes, tools, standards, and methodologies <br><br> &bull; Accelerating time to value by driving experimentation, prototyping and iterative feature delivery (e.g., data governance, catalogue, lineage etc.) <br><br> &bull; Evangelizing high quality software engineering practices towards building reporting infrastructure and pipelines <br><br> &bull; Leading the implementation DevOps, DataOps and Agile methodologies to improve ESG reporting platform and application KPIs <br><br> &bull; Establishing practices of documentation for learnings and knowledge transfer, and ensure that all measures for data quality, data profiling, data governance, ITIL, security and compliance of data are adhered to <br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br> &bull; Have overall 10+ years of experience and more than 5 years of experience with Databases, BI and ETL tools, Data and platform architecture, Governance standards and Operations <br><br> &bull; Proficiency with Microsoft PowerApps, Automate and SharePoint online <br><br> &bull; Experience with Workiva is a plus <br><br> &bull; Have the ability to learn new technologies and take on hands-on development work based on business priorities <br><br> &bull; Have strong interpersonal, oral, written communication, leadership skills. <br><br> &bull; Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
