HCM Configuration Associate Analyst

Who are we hiring? The HCM Configuration Associate Analyst provides key Oracle application production support, in collaboration with members of the People Operations function for Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Sports, Networks, and Sphere/Studios. The Configuration Associate will work directly with members of the People Operations Systems team with direct focus on system application module administration and configuration updates as directed, enabling opportunities for operational efficiencies. Distinct responsibilities of the Configuration Associate are to support the operation, maintenance, and enhancements of Oracle’s cloud based Human Capital Management (HCM) application. Specifics include day-to-day system administration across Oracle modules (HCM Core, Time and Labor). The Configuration Associate will also take part in supporting project initiatives as directed by the Sr. Director of People Operations What will you do? Support application maintenance, upgrade, and enhancements within the HCM application suite specifically Oracle Core HR and Time and Labor modules. Troubleshoot data-related issues and assist People Operations with application related processes for use within HCM Core and Oracle Time and Labor functionality. Provide production support to resolve HCM system errors by identifying, researching, and logging issues for resolution and partnering closely with internal and/or external technical practitioners to effectuate and document resolution. Working with team members to deploy new HCM system enhancements by assessing requests, gathering requirements, and assisting in effectuating the delivery and documentation of agreed-upon solutions. Collaborate and partner with various functional stakeholders, including compensation, benefits, & payroll to provide ongoing adjustments and system enhancements as directed. Coordinate and execute testing strategy, including unit and user acceptance testing, in connection with system configuration as directed and in accordance with change management process. Assist in the weekly audit reports conducted by the People Operations team Participate in weekly meetings with the team What do you need to succeed? Experience using the Oracle Cloud HCM application strongly preferred. 6 months or more experience utilizing and/or configuring HCM or HRMS systems. 1-2 years’ experience with data entry preferred. Experience engaging in technical project management and systems implementations preferred. Familiarity with core HR, benefits, compensation, payroll and other organizational processes, programs, and structures preferred. Experience with application testing strategy and delivery. Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables with demanding timeframes. Why is MSG for me? Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp.
