Program Manager - Energy

Responsibilities Lead the engineering teams. Overall responsible for the architecture, technical design, vision, and implementation strategy. Get the product plans executed and own the delivery commitments. Develop and evolve engineering processes to optimize team efficiency and product quality. Mentor and guide a high performing team. Collaborate closely with product management, design, consultants, customers, and cross-functional teams to keep the development team aligned with product goals Define clear team quarterly and yearly goals and guide with the execution. Review and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, design, and creative problem solving. Take the deal in defining team culture and product vision. 17+ plus years of industry & 5plus years of experience as an engineering leader for product development Strong management and leadership skills Hands-on experience in designing and developing cross-platform applications. Research or Industry exposure in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing would be a definitive advantage. Have experience in hiring and mentoring great talent Track record of focus on automation and engineering process improvements. Highly motivated, works well in a fast-paced collaborative team environment. Passionate about solving interesting problems for customers – ready to explore new grounds in technology.
