Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an exciting career opportunity for a SEU M&S Requirements Team Member who will play an important role supporting Missile Defense Agencys on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract. This individual will work with The Modeling and Simulation Requirements team and Missile Defense System elements to develop and document simulation conceptual models (SCMs). Responsibilities Work you’ll do    As a System Verification Modeling & Simulation Requirements Advanced Analyst within our TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering team, you will:  Conduct analysis of MDS system specification (SS) and phased implementation plan (PIP) to assist in the development of translatable M&S requirements Assist in the development and coordination of specification change notices (SCNs) and related artifacts Assist in the development of M&S System Requirements Documents (SRDs) Participate in technical interchange meetings, generate reports and briefs Qualifications Required Qualifications: Master's degree and 12+ years of experience to include 10+ years of core related experience OR a Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience to include 10+ years of core related experience Active DoD Secret clearance Systems Engineering and/or Weapon Systems modeling background to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) efforts to develop system level modeling and simulation (M&S) requirements for its distributed M&S federation Apply simulation conceptual modeling (SCM) processes which essentially translate the physical representation of a real system into suitable abstractions that result in requirements that drive the development of the distributed M&S federation Demonstrated ability in systems thinking and familiarity with defense systems Secret clearance required The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with DOORS Next Generation (DNG) Data Base and publishing tools Familiarity with requirements development processes Familiarity with simulation conceptual model processes and tools Familiarity with Missile Defense System (MDS) How you’ll grow    At Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
