The critical project role will be required to drive successful project testing execution. The position shall take domain ownership of all associated engineering activities and secure full and best in class delivery of this crucial function.<br />
<br />
As a Lead Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Verifying of customer requirements, and validation of testing activities, Including physical testing where necessary</li>
<li>Generating testing plans and philosophies in order to meet contractual needs</li>
<li>Leading testing best practice activities and drive for continual improvement (particularly surrounding efficiency, cost and duration of testing)</li>
<li>Contributing to regularly scheduled reviews that track progress and spending by team. Highlighting and resolving trending issues pan-project when required</li>
<li>Obtaining and managing resource for testing activities in support of the project schedule</li>
<li>Leading systems engineering process improvements and champion best practice to projects where possible</li>
</ul>

<li>Have a degree in Engineering or a relevant experience in Engineering/Technology</li>
<li>Have ability to motivate others and achieve results</li>

<li>Have good oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Have good interpersonal and leadership skills</li>
