This will be including Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and related Microsoft 365 technologies. You'll be responsible for proactive monitoring of the platform's health, drive continuous improvement and resolve any issues that may be presented.<br><br>As a Senior Systems Administration Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Providing operational support for Baker Hughes' unified collaboration platforms including Exchange, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business and other collaboration technologies</li><li>Mentoring Unified Collaboration Team on operational tasks and procedures. Manage plan for secure and compliant platforms for Cloud and On-Premises</li><li>Managing Mail hygiene platforms and mail transport technologies. Develop automation and self-service capabilities using Power Automate and PowerShell<br> </li><li>Developing and ensuring collaboration platforms are maintained in a compliant manner aligning with company and external standards and requirements.</li><li>Working with Unified Collaboration Operation Manager to deliver top service to the enterprise.</li><li>Working with cross-functional and internal teams on additional projects, as required.
