PS Communications Lead EMEA - Opportunity for Working Remotely

The Communications Lead is an innovative and resourceful communications leader who is responsible for delivering internal communications and stakeholder awareness activities for the organization. This communications leader will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across the organization to execute against a multi-prong communications strategy that champions the Professional Serivces EMEA culture, encourages action, and drives team alignment. He/she will work closely with the VP of PS EMEA and the leadership team as a trusted advisor to deliver a comprehensive communications program. Job Responsibilities: Timely internal communications that motivate and inform the PS EMEA team on the latest offerings, business priorities, and opportunities ahead. This includes organizational announcements, All Hands meetings, success stories, videos, and other creative ways to engage and inform the team. This role will adopt a persona-based messaging approach to help ensure messages resonate with the variety of roles across the team, including sales, delivery and program management. Stakeholder awareness activities that elevate the PS EMEA brand across the organization and help drive field partnership and pipeline. This includes creating communications that increase visibility for the team and sharing success stories that showcase the value we bring to a customer engagement. Partnering with Global Comms and Marketing teams on initiatives that require external awareness, including customer-facing events such as VMworld. Developing and executing an internal communication strategy and regular cadence of communication that informs, engages, and aligns employees with the PS EMEA strategy. Providing strategic counsel to leadership team within the organization to develop clear and compelling messaging and presentations that provide consistent messaging and context. Applying knowledge of the latest communication technologies and tools to execute communication strategies. Creating and maintaining effective channels for eliciting feedback from the organization to ensure communications meet the needs and expectations of the audience.
