<br />
<strong>The Role:</strong><br />
As an <strong>IT Graduate Training Intern, </strong>you will partake in the <strong>12-month Graduate Training Academy</strong> followed by a <strong>permanent role.</strong><br />
Structure of the Graduate Training Academy:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>3-month Specialist Training</strong> <strong>Bootcamp</strong> (unpaid) with free online training, assigned tasks and a final interview.</li>
<li><strong>9-month Junior Training </strong>(paid) on-the-job training with an assigned buddy and mentorship from the team leaders and Directors</li>
</ul>
<p>You will select one of the following disciplines to develop throughout the programme:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Drupal Development: </strong>Develop accessible content systems for governments and bluechips</li>
<li><strong>Laravel Development: </strong>Utilise the world’s leading PHP web development frameworks</li>
<li><strong>DevOps Engineering: </strong>Manage infrastructure, deployments and security for clients</li>
<li><strong>Business:</strong> Innovate, grow and quality assure projects with clients, UX and Tech teams</li>
