<p>Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Waking Night Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Northenden, Manchester. Here we provide quality care and support to 5 individuals with a range of mental health needs. No two days will be the same at this service as we support our service users to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities including: cooking/baking, board games, movie nights, enjoying meals out and many more! We are looking for someone with a great sense of humour and who is looking to join a friendly and energetic staff team.</p>
<p>Your role will include:</p>
<p>Providing personal care, administering medication, lone working and assisting with daily tasks such as cooking and dressing<br />
Encouraging service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside their homes<br />
Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest<br />
Experience in working with mental health needs is essential for this role.</p>
<p>The service has great bus transport links, as well as only being a short walk away from Northenden village.</p>
